Kazakh Cuisine

Kazakh nation is one of descendants of Turkic Nations.

We are also nomadic nation like Mongolians and we are born on the horse with music.

Following pictures are Kazakh foods.

Khaz is ham of horsemeat. Horsemeat is one of favored meat of Kazakhs.

Manti is a meal of buns with beef and vegetable.

Baursakh is baked goods made flour. We eat them by lunch.

Plaw is made from horsemeat or beef with rice and vegetables.

Koumiss is summer drink made horse milk. It has 2 percent of alcoholic.
